In most organisations knowledge is not lost — it is unfindable. Contracts, proposals, policies and reports sit in different folders, under different names, with different people. Answering a question usually starts with finding the person who remembers the right file. We built mindfile to remove that dependency.
It treats corporate memory as four layers. The document layer stores and governs; the intelligence layer searches and understands; the agent layer analyses and produces; the workflow layer turns knowledge into action. You ask in plain language and get an answer with the source document and page attached.
An answer that cannot show its source is no basis for a business decision. So every answer arrives with its citation, every action is written to the audit trail, and every document stays under permission rules. We put AI on top of governance, not in place of it.

Each organisation's data is isolated in its own tenant and access is scoped by role and unit. Processes are designed around KVKK and GDPR requirements, and the Enterprise plan supports on-premise deployment.
